In 1993, a husband and wife team decided to 'bite the bullet', give up their day jobs, and establish their own small business. Today, d&l craftworkz has grown to become a leading importer/wholesaler of craft supplies throughout Australia.

Based in Sydney, the craftworkz philosophy has not changed since its’ beginnings:

** to provide our customers with the latest craft products - sourced both locally and overseas,

** to maintain competitive prices,

** to provide an efficient, friendly, service to all our customers,

** to cater for the needs of our customers, no matter how big or small,

** to inspire creativity and promote 'crafting' for everyone, even to those 'I don’t have a creative bone in my body' people.

We are continually striving to maintain high standards in both customer service and company integrity, all the time mindful of holding on to the values of a family owned & operated business.

As we are primarily a wholesale / trade supplier, customers must have a craft/gift/creative type business with an active ABN to gain access to our wholesale pricing.

We also supply schools, childcare facilities, event organisers, retailers, online sellers etc. If you are interested in our range, the easist way to get more information, is to create an account on our website. 

Once activated, you will be able to log in and view product options, pricing, place orders etc. Please note, account activation is not an automated action and so doesn't happen immediately. We physically check new registrations and approve and activate, so if your activation is taking a little longer than you'd like, please just give us a call and we'll get onto it for you straight away.

If you don't meet the above criteria for wholesale access, you are still able to register on the website ( just leave the ABN field blank ), and we will set your account at our non-wholesale pricing structure. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to log in and view product options, our factory outlet pricing, place orders etc.

Our warehouse is in Seven Hills, and we encourage our customers to call in and have a browse around. Please call first to arrange a suitable time to visit our warehouse.
